Please, come in and have a seat.” Lusi : “Thank you, Sir.” Jacob : “Well, my name is Jacob Mark. I’m a head of the human resource department of this Trans Corporation.” Katrine : “Nice to meet you, Sir.” Jacob : “I’m fine thank you. So, are you ready for your interview?” Lusi : “Yes, Sir. We were emailed and called by phone in order to have a job interview session from this company. So, now here I’m going to be having an interview job session with you Sir.” Jacob : “Very well. Can you tell me about yourself?” Lusi : “My name is Lusi Madine. I’m 23 years old. I graduated from one of State Universities in Bandung. I took journalism as my major. I love travelling and singing. I like reading a ” Jacob : “You applied to be our journalist. Do you have any experience of this job?” Lusi : “No, Sir. I am a fresh graduate. This is my first time to apply a job.” Jacob : “I think enough for your interview. And now, you, please!” Katrine : “Thanks, Sir. My name is Katrine Jane. I’m 25 years old. I graduated from one of State Universities in Bandung. I took journalism as my major as like Lusi. I love writing.” Jacob : “Are you have any experience of this job?” Katrine : “Yes, Sir. I was have to work in metro tv for a year.” Jacob : “That’s good! So, what is your strength and weakness point?” Lusi : “My strength is cheerfulness, will learn new things, and I could work under pressures and as a team. My weakness is less carefull.” Jacob : “Then you, Katrine?” Katrine : “My strength is handiness, and sure could work as a team. My weakness is phobia the dark.” Jacob : “Well, it was a great time to have a little talk with you, Katrine and Lusi.For more information about the result of your interview you have to see Mrs. Edward Nafisah in Friday at 01.00 p.m.” Katrine : “Ok! Thank you Sir.” Jacob : “You’re welcome.” (Three days later) Katrine : “Good Morning Sir!” Jacob : “Morning. In this time I will to meet you to Mrs. Edward. Miss, these are Lusi and Katrine, who already did interview. And Lusi and Katrine, this is Mrs. Edward, she is a head of division in this company. Ok I think I’m enough and the next I submit to Mrs. Edward Nick.” Edward : “Yes thank you Mr. Jacob. It’s pleasure to meet you. I’m Edward Nick and just call me Edward. I’m a head of division in this company.” Katrine & Lusi : “It’s pleasure to meet you too, Miss.” Edward : “Ok, now I will tell both of you about the result of your interview. Based on your interview and applicants that you submitted. Congratulation! You have join with us. We hope you will fine working in our company both interesting and rewarding.” Katrine & Lusi : “Yes, sure. Thank you .” Edward : “Please hard work for this company! And if you find a trouble, please call me. This is my ID card. I hope we could be a good team.” Katrine& Lusi : “OK!, I see.
